Spiritual Growth Opportunities

Spiritual Gifts Discovery Class:   This class is for adults who are seeking to learn more about their unique God-given gifts and how they can use these gifts at the church.  The class is offered periodically, depending on interest, on six Wednesday evenings from 6:30-8:00 p.m.  Please contact Kari Moses to see when the next one is scheduled.

Tuesday Women's Study Group:  This group is a time of fellowship, food, and study and is open to all women of Willow Hill as well as the surrounding community.  They meet every Tuesday from 1:00-2:30 p.m. and use various studies that focus on the issues of being a Christian woman in today's society.  Contact Pam Szewczyk for information.

Advent Study & Lent Studies:  These studies are an opportunity to reflect and focus on your spiritual journey during the Advent and Lenten seasons.  These 4-6 week classes are usually held on Wednesday evenings from 6:30-8:00 p.m.  Contact Gina Hulett for information.

Short Term Bible Studies:  These studies provide opportunities to grow spiritually through short term courses focused on specific topics.  These studies are typically 4-8 weeks long and are held on Wednesday nights from 6:30-8:00 p.m.  Contact Gina Hulett for information.
Prerequisite:  None  

Long Term Bible Studies:  These studies provide an opportunity to participate in a long-term, in-depth study of the Bibles.  They are typically 30-32 weeks long and held on Sunday evenings form September through May from 6:00-8:30 p.m.  These studies include Disciple I, Disciple II, Disciple III, Disciple IV, Christian Believer, and Jesus in the Gospels.  Disciple I and Christian Believer have no prerequisites; all others require the participant to have had Disciple I.  Contact Gina Hulett for information.

Adult Sunday School Classes Willow Hill offers 2 adult Sunday School classes on Sundays from 10:00-10:45 a.m.  The Contemporary Issues class takes a different relevant issue each week and discusses it from a Christian perspective.  The other class is typically a DVD-based, traditional Bible study.
